HIGH C!

In a personality test I took, I got a "High C" as a result, and here is what it means. (I don't really know if it is accurate or almost true, or..)

C
  • cautious
  • analytical
  • by-the-book
  • orderly
goals: Accuracy, Order, Perfection
emphasis: Quality

C
Tends to ask questions rather than make statements. Quiet and observes the speaker. Very cautious about revealing any personal reactions.

C
Best with written facts and figures. Will always have facts and in logical order. Written communications are precise and logical with no room for error.

C
Will listen and access everything the speaker says. Facial expressions will reveal nothing about his reactions. Will discard information of the speaker if any fact is incorrect. Will ask "WHY" questions.

C (YOU GENERALLY EXHIBIT)
  • Analytical attention to detail
  • task orientation
  • Motivation by correctness and quality
  • Fear of criticism of work
  • Under pressure becoming overly critical of self and others
C who is good at analyzing and checking, may become perfectionistic and indecisive.

C
(BEHAVIORS IN EXTREME)

normal situations, careful and quiet

under pressure, can't decide

extreme behavior, emotional attacks

This was the result of a personality test conducted by Ms. Selene Yu. She called it the DiSC test. A person may have a D, I, S, or C. As for me, I got "C" dominating in the test. That is why I am a "High C" person.
The results above were just copied from the notes given to us by Selene. It gives the details and descriptions of a "high C" person.

This DiSC test is a way of getting to know yourself better.

I am not so sure if this test is accurate. Ms. Selene also told us that this may change.
